JOB SUMMARY:

This is a remote position.

Permanent work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) is required.

Employees must reside and work within the continental United States.

Candidates will be required to complete a proctored Excel assessment as part of the application process.

Essential Functions:

• Provide data support for the successful delivery of services to clients including dataacquisition, validation, sorting and analysis, and day-to-day operationalfunctions.​
• This role requires frequent video meetings and close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Import client data into databases using SQL and proprietary tools.

• Validates and tests to ensure accuracy and quality of data.

• Use SQL tomaintainand updatedatabases that support our webtooland services.

• Prepare professional andaccuratespreadsheets and Word documents.

• Tracks client projects and tasks

• Buildrelationships with staff and clients to ensure client expectations and deliverables are accurate and timely.

• Work with the Financial Analytics team to collect data and develop materials for client presentations and analysis.

• Retrieves data from CMS and imports it into SQL databases.

• Other duties may beassignedasnecessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science,mathematics,accounting,HIT, or related field, preferred​

• Minimum one (1) year of experience working with hospital chargemasters and healthcare data, including knowledge of hospital operations and chargemaster data elements such as revenue codes, CPT/HCPCS codes, and bill types.
• Experienceand knowledgewith healthcare data, specifically chargemasters, financials, and patient accounting data

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel​

• Experience executing SQL commands and writing basic queries

• Experience with electronic health record systems (Cerner, Meditech, EPIC and others)

• Critical thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentto meet deadlines

• Ability towork independentlyand alsocollaborate with cross-functional teams

• Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills
