  • Proven experience working in a regulated or highly controlled environment, such as healthcare/life sciences, medical technology, banking, insurance, aerospace, energy/nuclear, or another industry with stringent quality and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with software testing and validation processes, including test design, execution, defect management, documentation, and traceability.
  • Practical experience with test automation and automated QA approaches.
  • Experience working within modern software development and DevOps environments.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of software testing, QA, and validation principles.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools, frameworks, or scripting.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve QA, testing, or automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements and risks into effective test scenarios and validation evidence.
  • Understanding of traceable, audit-ready quality processes and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international, remote team.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GxP, GAMP 5, ICH GCP, CSV, or CSA.
  • Experience with SaaS products in healthcare, pharma, clinical research, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, databases, or test-data automation.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, GAMP 5, GCP, Azure, or similar.

What We Offer:
